How it works

From WhatsApp to walking better — in four simple steps

  1. 1

    Message or call

Tell us the patient’s age, problem and locality on WhatsApp. Share reports or X-ray/MRI photos if you have them.

  2. 2

    Home assessment

The physiotherapist visits at a time that suits the family, examines movement, strength, pain and balance, and explains what is going on.

  3. 3

    Treatment plan

You get a clear plan — number of sessions, goals and home exercises — with treatment starting on the first visit itself.

  4. 4

    Visits + video follow-ups

Sessions continue at home, and exercise check-ins can happen on live video so progress never stalls between visits.

Online physiotherapy

After your home assessment, keep progressing on live video

Once the physiotherapist has examined the patient at home and confirmed it is safe, many exercise sessions can continue on a live video call. The physiotherapist watches each movement, corrects posture and technique in real time, and moves the programme forward week by week.

  • Live, one-to-one video call — not recorded videos
  • Exercise correction, progression and home-programme updates
  • Fewer travel days for elderly and post-surgery patients
  • Home visits whenever hands-on treatment is needed

Dr. Rohit Kumar

  • 5+ years experience
  • Home visits across Jaipur
  • Online follow-ups

Dr. Rohit Kumar started LifeWell Physio with one idea: the patients who need physiotherapy most are often the ones who find it hardest to reach a clinic. After a stroke, a knee replacement or a bad fall, a trip across Jaipur traffic can undo the good a session does.

So the clinic comes to you — with a proper assessment, portable equipment and an exercise plan that fits the patient’s own home, stairs, bed and routine. Family members are taught how to help safely, and progress is checked on video between visits.

“Recovery happens in everyday life — so that is where I like to treat it.”
Why families choose LifeWell Physio

Clinic-level care, with the comfort of home

No travel, no waiting room

Patients in pain, on a walker or just out of hospital are treated without the strain of travel.

Treatment for your real home

We practise on your own stairs, bed and bathroom — the places where recovery actually has to work.

One physiotherapist, start to finish

The same therapist follows the patient through the plan, so nothing is lost between sessions.

Family taught to help

Caregivers learn safe transfers, positioning and exercises, so progress continues every day.

Portable equipment

TENS, IFT, therapeutic ultrasound, taping and exercise aids come with the physiotherapist.

Video follow-ups

Live video check-ins keep exercises correct and on schedule between home visits.

Do you really come home for physiotherapy anywhere in Jaipur?

Yes. Home visits are our main service and we cover every part of Jaipur — south, west, north, east, central and the walled city. Share your locality on WhatsApp and we will confirm the earliest available slot.

What happens on the first home visit?

The first visit is a detailed assessment: history, reports, pain, movement, strength, balance and how the patient manages at home. Treatment usually starts on the same visit, and you get a clear plan with goals, session frequency and home exercises.

Is home physiotherapy as effective as going to a clinic?

For most conditions, yes. Effective physiotherapy depends mainly on correct assessment, exercise therapy and consistency. The physiotherapist brings portable electrotherapy and exercise equipment, and treating in the patient’s real environment often improves how well the exercises are followed.

Can sessions continue online after the home visit?

Yes, when it is safe. After the in-person assessment, many exercise and progression sessions can continue on a live one-to-one video call. Hands-on treatment, electrotherapy and higher-risk patients are seen at home.

Which conditions do you treat at home?

Back, neck, knee and shoulder pain, sciatica and slip disc, stroke and paralysis, Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions, rehabilitation after knee or hip replacement, fractures and spine surgery, sports injuries, chest physiotherapy for bedridden patients, cardiac rehab, elderly care, pregnancy and postnatal care and children’s physiotherapy.

Do I need a doctor’s prescription?

You can contact us directly. If anything in the assessment suggests a problem that needs a medical doctor, scans or urgent care, we will tell you clearly and advise you to see the right specialist first.

What should we keep ready for the visit?

Any reports, X-ray or MRI images, discharge summary and the list of current medicines; loose comfortable clothing for the patient; and a little space near a bed or chair. A family member being present on the first visit is very helpful.

How do I book?

Tap the WhatsApp button and send the patient’s age, problem and locality, or call +91 96361 84465. You can also fill the booking form and we will call you back.
